Refund Policy
NZBRiC Ticket Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. General Policy
• All ticket sales are final unless covered by the conditions below.
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing to registrations@nzbric.com.
• Eligible refunds will be processed within 3-7 business days after approval. We appreciate your patience during this process.
2. Refund Eligibility
• A ticket holder is eligible for a full refund without internal review if cancellation is requested 48 hours or more before the event date.
• If a cancellation request is made within 48 hours of the event date, the request will be reviewed internally. A partial or full refund may be considered depending on event-specific requirements and special circumstances (see Section 3). We reserve the sole discretion to determine whether a partial or full refund will be granted following our internal review.
• Refunds will not be granted for missed event participation.
3. Special Circumstances
In certain situations, we may approve refunds for special circumstances outside of the standard policy. Refunds under this category are subject to internal review and may include, but are not limited to:
• Medical emergencies or unforeseen personal situations.
• Family emergencies.
• Other exceptional cases at the discretion of NZBRiC.
• Please submit a detailed request for our review to registrations@nzbric.com. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
4. Event Changes & Cancellations by Organiser
• If the event is cancelled by NZBRiC, a full refund will be issued to all registered attendees.
• If the event is postponed, tickets will be valid for the new event date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, you may request a full refund.
• If the event location changes, a full refund will be issued upon request.
5. Force Majeure
Refunds will not be issued for cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., acts of God, war, government regulation, natural disaster, strikes, civil disorder, curtailment of transportation facilities, or other emergencies), unless required by law.
