On Wednesday the 6th of November, the New Zealand Business Roundtable in China will host a select pre-CIIE breakfast with the Hon. Todd McClay, New Zealand's Trade and Agricultural Minister. This will include a panel discussion with some of New Zealand's most distinguished business leaders, a Q&A, and plenty of time for networking with like-minded professionals.
Over the course of the breakfast, the attendees will hear from the Minister on New Zealand and China's trade relationship. For businesses in China— whether small or large, new or established, or operating in diverse sectors—this will offer invaluable insights into opportunities in China from a governmental perspective.
Following the Minister's remarks, NZBRiC will host a cross-sector panel discussion with distinguished business leaders; Jason Te Brake, CEO of Zespri, Zoe Li, General Manager China and Asia at MitoQ, Dan Boulton, CEO at Silver Fern Farms, Abby Ye, President China and Director of Foodservice at Synlait, and moderated by CEO at PCNZ and NZBRiC Board Member David Boyle. This is an exclusive opportunity for audiences to hear the panelists share their expertise, market insights and predictions, and engage in a Q&A.
The breakfast, designed and prepared by Mr Craig Willis, includes a variety of premium New Zealand produce provided by NZBRiC member companies for guests to enjoy. Thank you to our sponsors Fonterra, Synlait, Silver Fern Farms, Zespri, Tatua, SpringSheepMilk, Maui Milk, Newo, Dazzle by Mr Apple, and JEL for your support.
NZBRiC would like to thank the Minister, our panelists, Mr Craig Willis, and our New Zealand food and beverage sponsors for their commitment to supporting New Zealand businesses in China through this event.
