ADVOCACY
NZBRiC advocates for the latest developments in thought leadership, industry positions, and the policy perspectives of its members on New Zealand-China matters as a singular voice. This advocacy encompasses both local, regional, and national government levels.
INFORMATION AND INSIGHTS
NZBRiC publishes cutting-edge quarterly reports and regularly hosts panels and seminars led by top business leaders, industry scholars, and official New Zealand delegations. In doing so, we help keep out members at the forefront of market developments in China.
NETWORKING
NZBRiC hosts 40+ events each year for networking, government relations, and relationship-building between the New Zealand and Chinese communities. In a business ecosystem defined by personal relationships and trust, networking is crucial for our members.
REPRESENTATION
NZBRiC collectively represents the interests of New Zealand industries, collaboratives, and small companies/startups as they navigate through the Chinese market. Through representation, as we share business success across the New Zealand-China community.

INDUSTRY REPRESENTATIVES must be companies that are related to a New Zealand-registered company through its ownership structures (i.e., Parent company or subsidiary of a New Zealand registered company) and are willing to contribute their time as a leader to advance NZBRiC's objectives. It is expected that Industry Members will from time to time take the organisational lead (alongside the Executive Director) on various NZBRiC projects and initiatives or contribute significantly to such projects and initiatives. Industry Members also have the opportunity to be elected as Industry Chair to their respective Industry Forum as well as have the opportunity to be elected as a Board Director. Industry members can access the Industry Representative-level benefits of NZBRiC membership.
ASSOCIATE PLATINUM MEMBERS must be companies that are registered as a legal entity in China, have demonstrated a commitment to the New Zealand-China trade relationship, and are willing to contribute their time as a leader to advance NZBRiC's objectives. It is expected that Associate Platinum members will from time to time take the organisational lead (alongside the Executive Director) on various NZBRiC projects and initiatives or contribute significantly to such projects and initiatives. Associate Platinum Members can access the Associate Platinum-level benefits of NZBRiC membership, and qualify for selected discounts at NZBRiC events.
All Associate Platinum Memberships are subject to Board approval.
CORPORATE MEMBERS must be companies that are related to a New Zealand-registered company through its ownership structures (i.e., Parent company or subsidiary of a New Zealand registered company). Corporate Members can access the Corporate-level benefits of NZBRiC membership, attend Board meetings upon Board invitation, and qualify for selected discounts at NZBRiC events.
ASSOCIATE MEMBERS must be companies that are registered as a legal entity in China, have demonstrated experience in working with and supporting New Zealand business interests in China, and are willing to contribute their time to supporting NZBRiC's objectives. Associate Members can access the Associate-level benefits of NZBRiC membership, and qualify for selected discounts at NZBRiC events.
All Associate Memberships are subject to Board approval.
