Mark Anderton is the Executive General Manager of Global Sourcing for The Warehouse Group. Mark’s role covers the leadership of the 3 offshore offices which selects and manage the private label vendors, ensure products are fit for purpose, overseas international supply chains and they perform some back-office functions for the Group. The Warehouse Group offshore offices are located in Shanghai, New Delhi & Dhaka.
In addition, Mark is responsible for the Non-Trade procurement in New Zealand, the product sustainability strategies and ethical sourcing programs. Mark has over 20 years of experience working in global supply chains as well as leading business different business units at The Warehouse Group and The Brand Outlet.
Mark has lived in China for the last 8 years, most of which he has been as a Director of NZBRiC. From December 2022, Mark has been in the Chairman role of NZBRiC.
Nicholas Calder is the Executive Director of the New Zealand Business Roundtable in China. With over eight years of experience in China, he holds a Master of Public Administration from the China University of Mining and Technology (Xuzhou), as well as a Bachelor's degree and Postgraduate Diploma from the University of Auckland. Prior to his current role, Nicholas worked in Shanghai as a Project Manager for a multinational service provider and as the Government Relations Manager and Secretary to the Board at the American Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai. He is fluent in Mandarin.

Wilson Chau joined the New Zealand Consulate General as Deputy Consul-General in February 2022.
Mr Chau joined the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade in 2013. Mr Chau’s roles in the Foreign Ministry have included advancing trade/economic linkages between New Zealand and Greater China, supporting New Zealand’s pandemic response in 2020, and leading the negotiations of climate and environmental policy outcomes during New Zealand’s Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) 2021 host year. Mr Chau previously worked for ANZ Bank.
Mr Chau graduated from the University of Auckland in New Zealand with a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Political Studies and History. Mr Chau is married with two children.

Jing Li, holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand, graduating in 2006.
He began his career with the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC) in August 2007 at the Beijing Municiapal Branch. In December of the same year, he joined the Telecommunications Division of the Corporate Banking Department at ICBC Head Office, focusing on relationship management for telecom sector clients.
In August 2012, Mr. Li was expatriated to ICBC (Asia) in Hong Kong, where he served as Deputy Head of the Corporate Banking Department, overseeing the Telecommunications, Technology, and Industrial Sector Team. In June 2016, he was relocated to the ICBC Sydney Branch and, shortly thereafter, was delegated to set up ICBC Brisbane Branch in September. He was appointed as General Manager of ICBC Brisbane Branch afterwards. In Nov, 2022, he has been selected to the Vice President of China Chamber of Commerce in Australia, Brisbane Branch.
In April 2025, he was transferred by ICBC HQ to ICBC New Zealand and sooner been appointed as the Chief Sales Officer of ICBC New Zealand, concurrently serving as Head of the Corporate and Institutional Banking Department.
